by Jenny Smith

“I cannot rate this book highly enough. All parents-to-be need a copy.”
– Gabby Logan

Your body your baby your birth was a culmination of many conversations with women who then empowered me to write this book.

Even reading it now myself I have so many memories of all the wonderful collaborations and hold beautiful images of the wonderful mothers, fathers and babies.

The book covers the full spectrum of early pregnancy to birth of gorgeous baby and then through the early post birth weeks.

The book comprises of 3 sections:

Your Body is about everything to do with pregnancy and the process and what to expect as your baby grows in the womb including what routine test such as ultrasound scans and blood tests.

Your Baby is about what to expect when your baby is born and has information about transitioning into parenthood and how to go in to the “pink bubble”.

Your Birth is about giving birth and what helps and how to keep as much normality as possible with any type of birth whether it be a normal birth, a ventouse or forceps birth, or a caesarean section. This section includes the Natural Caesarean, Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC – underwater birth) and home birth.
