Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
At what stage of pregnancy should I take the course?

We recommend that you begin your course somewhere between week 28 and week 32 of your pregnancy. This will allow you to complete the course by week 37, and feel prepared for the next stage of your journey.

Absolutely! Birth partners play a really important role, so we encourage them to come to all sessions. This is included in the course considerations and does not have any extra cost.

Please still let us know by contacting us (link to contact page). We will happily consider opening a second group if there is enough interest.

We do offer refunds in cases related to medical conditions that prevent you from partaking in the course. Because of the way the course is structured, we don’t admit any other cancellations, but we do allow you to transfer your course voucher to another mom-to-be – please e-mail us to if you would like support with this. You can read more about our refund policy here in our terms and conditions (link to terms and conditions).
