Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
At what stage of pregnancy should I take the course?

We recommend that you begin your course somewhere between week 28 and week 32 of your pregnancy. This will allow you to complete the course by week 37, and feel prepared for the next stage of your journey.

Absolutely! Birth partners play a really important role, so we encourage them to come to all sessions. This is included in the course considerations and does not have any extra cost.

We want this to be a cosy space where we can deepen into your questions and concerns. This is why we keep groups to a maximum of 10 mums-to-be.

Yes! You will be able to refresh your knowledge on the course, and reflect on your previous birth experience, whilst connecting with a whole new group of mums-to-be.

Jenny also offers individual 1:1 classes, which can be tailored to your specific needs as a second time parent. If you are interested in this, please reach out (link to contact page).

Yes, the studio is located in a ground floor building with good accessibility, including accessible parking. Please let us know if you require any accommodations so that we can make sure that the team is aware and prepared to support you.

Please still let us know by contacting us (link to contact page). We will happily consider opening a second group if there is enough interest.

We do offer refunds in cases related to medical conditions that prevent you from partaking in the course. Because of the way the course is structured, we don’t admit any other cancellations, but we do allow you to transfer your course voucher to another mom-to-be – please e-mail us to jennybirthcontinua@gmail.com if you would like support with this. You can read more about our refund policy here in our terms and conditions (link to terms and conditions).

The venue where we do the classes is pet friendly and pets are welcome into the caffe area. Yet, we do not allow pets inside the class studio as your course-mates may have allergies, fears or phobias
